1. ) Don’t close your old or unused credit card account. Your credit score can lower by doing so. Remember that if you do need to close a report, try to do a recent one instead of your older accounts. Credit repair doesn’t mean you have to close all your credit accounts down.
The new refinancing program of the Government’s is meant to help out homeowners pay more affordable prices for the housing economy. The refinancing program does have certain stipulations in place, like all finance bills that are passed by the government. The original hope is that the government program can make it easier for homeowners to keep their heads above water when they owe more on their mortgage than their home is actually worth.
