New Trends in Exercise Routines

The main reasons you go through a fitness routine are probably to elevate the heart rate, sweat off excess calories, and force your body to dip into the stored fat so you look and feel lighter. But, how long have you been doing that same routine? If it’s been more than a couple months chances are you need to mix in something new to keep your mind entertained and your body working hard.
